honestly, i almost gave a good review, but then i noticed the dirty carpet and how stuffy my room was. come on—centralized air-con with no fan option? i woudl ve been more impressed if they upgraded me due to the inconveniences! it's not too much to ask for some basic comfort, is it?

The restaurant served fresh salads and delicious meals at a reasonable price, making it a go-to spot for late suppers. Plus, the convenience store in the lobby was a lifesaver after long days exploring. Great rooms, too—spacious and with a wonderful city view!
Everything was mostly fine, but the spring bed could use an upgrade for a better night's sleep. Still, it didn’t overshadow the overall experience!

great amenities but room could use freshening up
The hotel's sauna and bathhouse on the second floor were a delightful surprise during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the warm dipping pools and the option for a paid scrub service, which enhanced my relaxation. The view from my room of the city was a charming touch, making mornings even more enjoyable while sipping coffee.

The hotel has a great location, just a bus ride away from the airport and close to many attractions.
Upon arrival, my mini fridge wasn't cold, which was disappointing after unpacking. The bathroom had some mold, which made me feel uncomfortable in what should be a clean environment. Additionally, the shower holder wouldn’t hold in one place, making it frustrating to shower properly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Astar Hotel. The location is fantastic, being just a bus ride away from the airport and close to many attractions. My room was spacious and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kettle and toiletries. The convenience store in the lobby was a great bonus, perfect for snacks!
The breakfast options could be improved.

Perfect for an adventure with friends
The location was great! I rented a car easily and drove to many tourist spots nearby without any hassle. The convenience store in the hotel was a lifesaver after a long day, grabbing snacks and cold beers before winding down. Plus, the room was big and clean, definitely a bonus after all the driving.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but I'd say it was still a fair deal.

Had a great stay in the Deluxe Family Room. Super spacious and clean! Amenities like the electric kettle, hairdryer, and toiletries were a nice touch. Waked up to a comfortable seating area, and the public bath and sauna were awesome. Plus, pretty close to bus stop and airport.
